Common Issues

App won’t load articles

  1. Check internet connection
  2. Force quit and restart app
  3. Clear cache: Settings → Clarity → Clear Cache
  4. Reinstall app

Translation is incorrect

Audio won’t play

  1. Check device volume and silence switch
  2. Ensure audio file downloaded (check iCloud status)
  3. Restart app
  4. Report issue with device model and iOS version

iCloud sync not working

  1. Check Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Clarity (enabled)
  2. Ensure iCloud storage available
  3. Try toggling iCloud off/on for Clarity
  4. Sign out/in to iCloud (last resort)
