Common Issues
App won’t load articles
- Check internet connection
- Force quit and restart app
- Clear cache: Settings → Clarity → Clear Cache
- Reinstall app
Translation is incorrect
- Translations are AI-generated and may contain errors
- Check original article link for accurate content
- Report persistent issues via GitHub Issues
Audio won’t play
- Check device volume and silence switch
- Ensure audio file downloaded (check iCloud status)
- Restart app
- Report issue with device model and iOS version
iCloud sync not working
- Check Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Clarity (enabled)
- Ensure iCloud storage available
- Try toggling iCloud off/on for Clarity
- Sign out/in to iCloud (last resort)
